Genesis joined the IBR JCOIN team in November 2023 as a Research Assistant conducting study interviews and collecting qualitative data. She graduated from the University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology and a Master of Science in Criminology with a focus in research design and analysis.
