Sydni joined the IBR team in July 2026 as a Research Assistant on the BRIDGE Project. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cleveland State University. She has research experience using community-engaged methods with underrepresented communities throughout the United States and Latin America.
