Kirti Mahajan joined the IBR in December 2025 as a Data Manager, bringing her expertise in data processing, data management, and analytical support to advance behavioral research initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as a Sr. Research Assistant at Rutgers University, supporting global TB research by managing multisite international datasets, performing data cleaning and quality assurance, and creating automated workflows and dashboards to streamline analysis and reporting.
