Kerri joined the IBR team in July 2026 as a Research Assistant on the BRIDGE Project. She earned a B.S. in Education from Texas Christian University in 1993 and taught first and fourth grades for three years. From 1999 to 2018, she founded and grew her own heavy civil construction company in Colorado while earning an MBA in Finance from the University of Denver. She now serves as Chief Financial Officer at High Country Engineering in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Her broad interests, from athletics to the arts, have shaped her passion for understanding the psychological impact on performance
