Crystal Moran joined the IBR in November of 2023 as a Public Health Research Associate. She currently works on the ACTION and JCOIN studies at IBR. She has an extensive background in Public Health research and program coordination. She most recently worked as a contracted Epidemiologist during the course of the COVID-19 pandemic in the North Texas region at the Texas Department of State Health Services.
