Nathalia joined the IBR team in January 2023 as a Research Assistant on the LeSA and FAMLI studies. Prior to joining the IBR team, Nathalia was a Family Engagement Specialist for Fort Worth Independent School District. She worked closely with the families, students, and community and provided support and resources.
