Nathalia joined the IBR team in January 2023 as a Research Assistant on the LeSA and FAMLI studies. Prior to joining the IBR team, Nathalia was a Family Engagement Specialist for Fort Worth Independent School District. She worked closely with the families, students, and community and provided support and resources. Nathalia graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2022.
