Carly joined the IBR team September 2023 with JCOIN as a Research Assistant conducting interviews, collecting, and analyzing qualitative data, as well as recruiting clients for the JCOIN project that works with individuals with substance use disorder. She graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Interpersonal Communications with a focus in interpersonal relationships.
