Dr. Wiese received her Ph.D. in Experimental psychology from Texas Christian University and is currently an Associate Research Scientist with the IBR. Her primary role is as data lead for the Justice Community Opioid Innovation Network (JCOIN) project, overseeing statistical analyses and model testing for multi-level and structural statistical models, as well as qualitative data collection and analyses. She is responsible for designing the structure of platforms to support client tracking, staff tracking, survey development, data collection, and compilation of data files. She is also overseeing the submission of IBR project data to national archives. Additionally, Dr. Wiese manages the undergraduate Student Overview of Applied Research (SOAR) Lab, assisting students with the development and implementation of novel community impact projects within Tarrant County.
