Olivia Persinger joined the IBR in October 2022 as a Patient Navigator on the ACTION project. She moved from Tampa where she worked on a grant with youth to improve adherence to antiretroviral medication and the care continuum. In her undergrad she worked as an HIV testing counselor for underserved communities facing high risks for HIV.
She is currently completing her Master’s in Public Health in Epidemiology from North Dakota State University, where she served as an Epidemiology Research Assistant working with preventative surveillance in Oral Health and Pregnancy Risk Assessment.
