Ahrein Bennett joined the IBR in August 2021 as the Project Coordinator for the ACTION and T-CAP studies. She obtained her Master of Public Health from the University of North Texas Health Science Center in 2020, and is Certified in Public Health and is a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). She also is Texas DSHS-certified Community Health Worker. In 2023, Ahrein completed TCU’s Responsible for Inclusion and Sustaining Excellence (R.I.S.E.) program, and is focused on improving healthcare quality for communities that historically have been underserved and mistreated.
